"Project Captivate," Wanted man, Matthew OKeefe, 27, Photograph of man released

This is 51 Division's latest version of "Project Captivate." They are requesting the public's assistance locating a wanted man.
Matthew OKeefe, 27, of Toronto, is wanted for:
1) Unlawfully in Dwelling
2) two counts of Theft Over
3) two counts of Possession of Property obtained by Crime
4) two counts of Personation with intent
5) eight counts of Theft Under
6) two counts of Unauthorized use of computer
7) Possession of a Controlled Substance
8) three counts of Fail to Comply Recognizance
He is described as white, 5’8”, 135 lbs., brown eyes with brown hair. He is known to frequent the downtown core.
