This week's 51 Division installment of "Project Captivate" is looking for Abdiqani Abshir, 20, of Toronto.
A warrant has been issued for Abdiqani Abshir, 20, of Toronto. He is wanted for:
1. Fail to Attend Court
He is described as black, 5’11”, 169 lbs., with brown eyes and curly black hair. He is known to frequent the downtown core.
A photograph of Abdiqani Abshir has been released.
