Police identifying man wanted in Assault with a Weapon Investigation, Queen Street East and Church Street, Update, Man just identified as young person, Image can no longer be broadcast or published

On Sunday, April 12, 2015, at approximately 2:20 a.m., police received a call for an assault at a restaurant in the Queen Street East and Church Street area.
The person pictured in the news release has just been identified as a young person.
As a result, the security camera image can no longer be broadcast or published under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Please refer to Section 110, Subsection 1, of the YCJA:
110. (1) Subject to this section, no person shall publish the name of a young person, or any other information related to a young person, if it would identify the young person as a young person dealt with under this Act.*
