Police request assistance with Attempt Murder investigation, 55 Colborne Street

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with an Attempt Murder investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at 2:10 a.m., a three men attended “Switch” nightclub at 55 Colborne Street 

- an altercation took place between a group of people within the nightclub

- a man pulled out a firearm and discharged it once, striking the three men

- the man then fled the area

The three men were tended to at the scene by paramedics. They were all taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect is described as a man wearing dark clothing.

Police are appealing to witnesses to come forward. Investigators would like to speak to witnesses or anyone else with information. Police are interested in obtaining any photographs or video taken at the nightclub.
