On Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at 10 a.m., at The 519 Church Street Community Centre, 519 Church Street, 3rd floor, the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) will release a best-practices document aimed at helping police services address issues of importance to members of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities across the province.

Speakers will include Chief Paul Cook, North Bay Police Service, President of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police; Acting Staff Superintendent Debra Preston, Toronto Police Service; Kyle Kirkup, Principal Investigator & Writer, OACP LGBTQ Project
