The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Luke Lilly Juliet Embrack, 20, was last seen on Monday, July 29, 2019, in the Yonge Street and Gerrard Street Eastarea.
Embrack is described as approximately 5’8”, medium build, brown eyes with black hair in an Afro. Embrack was last seen wearing black sweat pants, a black Adidas jacket with the logo on the back, and carrying a blue and grey back pack.
Police are concerned for the safety and well-being of Embrack.
