On Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at 12:05 p.m., police received a call for a theft of a vehicle in the area of Bond Street and Shuter Street .

Edward Michael Skotnicki, 60, of Toronto, has been arrested. He is charged with:

1) Theft Over
2) Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over
3) Flight While Pursued by Peace Officer
4) Dangerous Driving
5) Drive While Disqualified

He is scheduled to appear on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at College Park Courts at 10 a.m., room 501.
