On Sunday, September 20, 2015, Richard Patterson, 48, was released from custody after serving a one-year sentence for Sexual Assault.
He will be residing in Toronto. He has prior convictions for sexual assault, sexual interference, and failing to comply with court-ordered conditions.
While living in the community, he is bound by a Probation Order and is required to report regularly to a Probation Officer.
The Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Unit is notifying the public of his release due to his history of sexual assaults against children, and his potential to reoffend.
