The Toronto Police Service Divisional Policing Support Unit is leading the second annual "Winter Boot Drive," starting Friday, November 7, 2014.

Footwear collected from this initiative will be distributed to various shelters in Toronto. The footwear will then be given to homeless people, out in the cold.

We are asking the public to donate new or lightly used winter boots.

Drop-boxes will be situated in the lobbies of Toronto police stations, including headquarters, until November 23, 2014.
