The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance with an Indecent Act investigation.
On Friday, November 21, 2014, a woman, 38, got into an elevator in the Church Street and Gould Street area.
It is reported that:
- an unknown man got in as well
- when the elevator doors closed, he committed an indecent act
He is described as black, with a dark complexion, 38-45, 5'10", brown eyes and a beard. He was wearing black glasses, a maroon toque, blue hoodie and blue nylon track pants.
Police are releasing a photograph of him.
