The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Mischief investigation.
On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at approximately 9 p.m., police responded to mischief call at a place of religious worship in the Adelaide Street East and Church Streetarea.
It is reported that:
- a man walked past the place of worship and struck a glass window which caused damage
The suspect is described as wearing dark clothing with his hood up.
An image has been released.
After consultation with the Hate Crime Unit, at this time, there is no evidence to suggest this incident was motivated by hate.
