Homicide:  416-808-7400

On Wednesday, July 4, 2018, the Toronto Police Service, in partnership with the Centre for Forensic Sciences, will continue with a search of a property on Mallory Crescent.

The property has been identified as a place where Bruce McArthur is alleged to have done landscaping work. The property has previously been searched, planters seized and areas of the backyard excavated. It is within the seized planters that investigators are alleging to have found the remains of seven men.

Between May and June 2018, Toronto Police Dog Services, with assistance from other GTA police services, searched 100 other properties related to Bruce McArthur’s landscaping business. Nothing was found.

Police Dog Services also revisited the property on Mallory Crescent and provided indication that requires further excavation.

Once this search is complete, investigators will provide media with an update.

Bruce McArthur is currently facing eight counts of First Degree Murder.
