The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 9:50 p.m., police responded to a sexual assault that occurred at Sherbourne Subway Station.
It is reported that:
- a woman exited a TTC subway train at Sherbourne Station
- a man followed the woman into an elevator at the station
- the man sexually assaulted the woman in the elevator
- the man then fled the station
The suspect is described as 5'7", medium build, 40 to 50-years-old, with short black hair and a moustache. He was wearing all dark clothing, and a a camouflage shirt.
