This is the latest instalment of 51 Division's "Project Pinpoint." 

The 51 Division Warrant Unit is seeking assistance locating Shane “Terry” Kocielski, 38, of Toronto. 

He is wanted on the strength of multiple Warrants for: 

1) two counts of Unlawfully at Large
2) two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation
3) Fail to Attend Court
4) Theft Under

He is described as 6'3", 181 lbs., black hair, brown eyes. 

If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

His photograph has been released.
