Police request assistance identifying man in investigation into Indecent Act on TTC, Yonge Street and University Avenue subway line

Police are requesting the public's assistance identifying a man in an Indecent Act investigation.
It is reported that:
- on Monday, June 23, 2014, at approximately 10 p.m., a 22-year-old woman was riding the Yonge Street and University Avenue subway line.
- during the ride, the woman saw a man staring at her while committing an indecent act
- the man committed the indecent act in plain view of other passengers on the train
The man is described as white, 25-35, with short brown hair. He was wearing a dark suit, a white dress shirt with a blue tie and was carrying a black bag.
