In
June and September 2014, Esplanadians will discover two very special movie
nights set in Crombie Park: our plan is to "re-enact" a classic
musical. In June, we're embarking with Grease.
You've
always dreamed of performing John's moves or Olivia's songs? Well, your time
has come.
We're
looking for people to be part of this re-enactment! Led by artists Anika
Johnson and Barbara Johnston, a series of workshops all about dancing, singing
and grease lightning will take place from April to June on The Esplanade. It's
open to all ages, no experience needed. First workshop is this Friday, April
11th, at 6:30pm.
If
you are interested in taking part in this project, or know someone who might
be, do not hesitate to contact me to register...
A
project in partnership with CORPUS and supported by The Ontario Trillium
Foundation.
