 The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of three arrests made where a quantity of drugs and a firearm was seized. 

On Friday, April 5, 2024, at approximately 8:35 p.m., police executed a search warrant in the Sherbourne Street and Dundas Street East area.

It is alleged that:

• Officers executed a search warrant of a residential unit
• Three people were located and arrested inside the unit
• A firearm along with two over-capacity magazines were located inside the unit
• A quantity of drugs was located inside the unit

Andre Bollers, 36, of Toronto, was charged with:

1. Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
2. Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
3. Two counts of Possession of a Prohibited Device
4. Possession of a Firearm with Altered Serial Number
5. Careless storage of a Firearm
6. Possess a weapon dangerous to the public
7. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule I
8. Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
9. Nine counts of Possess of a Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order

He was scheduled to appear in court at Toronto Regional Bail Court, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 106.

Manal Kakish, 20, of No Fixed Address, was charged with:

1. Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
2. Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
3. Two counts of Possession of a Prohibited Device
4. Possession of a Firearm with Altered Serial Number
5. Careless storage of a Firearm
6. Possess a weapon dangerous to the public
7. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule I
8. Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

She was scheduled to appear in court at Toronto Regional Bail Court, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 106.

Amanda Rutherford, 33, of Toronto, was charged with:

1. Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
2. Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
3. Two counts of Possession of a Prohibited Device
4. Possession of a Firearm with Altered Serial Number
5. Careless storage of a Firearm
6. Possess a weapon dangerous to the public
7. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule I
8. Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

She was scheduled to appear in court at Toronto Regional Bail Court, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 10 a.m., in room 106.
