The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of an arrest warrant issued for a fourth man wanted in a homicide investigation.
On Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 8:52 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Oak Street/Sumach Street area.

It is reported that:
- multiple gunshots were heard in the area
- officers arrived on scene and located three men suffering from gunshot wounds
- a 29-year-old man from Toronto was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries. He is now in stable condition
- a 27-year-old man from Toronto was transported to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries
- one man was located suffering from multiple gunshots wounds, and was pronounced deceased on scene
The victim has been identified as Thane Murray, 27, of Toronto.
Police are seeking four suspects responsible for this shooting. All suspects were wearing dark coloured clothing and were wearing masks that concealed their faces.
The suspects were last seen fleeing the area together in a northerly direction.
Investigators are appealing to witnesses, anyone that may have security cameras, or who were driving in the area and have dash cameras, to contact police.

On Monday, December 13, 2021, police arrested and charged Noah Anderson, 20, of Toronto, with:
- First Degree Murder
- two counts of Attempt Murder
On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, police arrested and charged Junior Jahmal Harvey, 20, of Toronto, with:
- First Degree Murder
- two counts of Attempt Murder
They both appeared in court at College Park, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, in room 507.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Jabreel Elmi, 27, of Toronto. He is wanted for:
- First Degree Murder
- two counts of Attempt Murder
Jabreel is described as 5'7", 180lbs, with a stocky build.
Police are seeking the public's assistance locating Jabreel. If located, do not approach, call 9-1-1. He is considered armed and dangerous.
A Canada-wide arrest warrant has now been issued for Rajahden Angus Campbell, 22, of Toronto.
He is wanted for:
- First Degree Murder
- two counts of Attempt Murder
Rajahden Angus Campbell is described as Black, approximately 6'1", and 174 lbs. He is to be considered armed and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.
The warrant for Jabreel Elmi remains in effect.
