Police Seek Assistance Identifying Man Wanted in Prowl by Night investigation, Front Street East and Cherry Street

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Prowl by Night investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a woman was in her home in the area of Front Street East and Cherry Street

- an unknown man was observed peering through partially closed apartment blinds of ground floor residences, including the woman's

- the woman had a companion join her and the pair stepped outside and confronted the man, at which point he fled on foot.

The man is described as being in his early to mid 40s, 5’5”, with a medium build, balding, with dark eyes, and was unshaven. He was last seen wearing beige shorts, black shoes and a blue t-shirt.

A photo of the wanted man and a composite sketch have been released.
