This is 51 Division's newest installment of "Project Captivate." The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a wanted man.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Eddy Nahimana, 32, of Toronto, for:
1. two counts of Fail to Attend Court
2. Over 80 mgs Operation
3. Sexual Assault
He is described as black, 6’1”, 186 lbs., with brown eyes and long hair braided in dreadlocks. He is known to frequent the downtown core.
