On Sunday, June 10, 2018, the 26th annual Toronto Challenge Run will take place.
This is both a 1-km walk and a 5-km walk/run. Event organizers are expecting approximately 3,500 participants.
Participants will assemble on University Avenue near Armoury Street.
At 9:30 a.m., they will depart along the following route:
Formation Area: University Avenue (Queen Street West to Armoury Street)
Northbound: University Avenue
Northbound: Queen’s Park Crescent West
Southbound: Queen’s Park Crescent East
Eastbound: Wellesley Street West
Southbound: Bay Street
Westbound: Adelaide Street West
Northbound: University Avenue
Dispersal Area: Nathan Phillips Square
Vehicles in the area will experience traffic delays and are advised to consider alternate routes.
Roads are expected to be fully reopened by 11 a.m.
This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
