Community Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) is made up of community volunteers and police service representatives from the 51 Division’s geographic area. The membership of the CPLC reflects the unique and diverse population served by 51 Division. Participants on committees include community representatives from racial, cultural or linguistic groups, social agencies, businesses, tenant associations, schools, places of worship, gender, youth and socio-economic status.

• CSIs are 9.7% higher YTD in 2026 than 2025
• Largest decrease is Homicide(-100%)
• Largest increase is Break & Enter(40.2%)
• Moss Park has the most total assaults in total (166)
• Church-Wellesley highest YTD 45.8%
• Downtown Yonge East has the most Auto Thefts(10), and the biggest increase YTD(233.3%)
• Moss Park most BnEs (36)
• North St. James Town biggest increase (157.1%)
• Downtown Yonge East had the most robberies (15)
• North St. James Town highest YTD increase (800%)
• Moss Park had the most Sexual Assaults, but YTD has decreased -36%
• St Lawrence-East Bayfront-The Islands had highest YTD increase (150%), with 5 occurrences
• Downtown Yonge East most Theft Overs (10)
• Moss Park highest change TD (600%)
