Customer Service Excellence:  416-808-7138

The Toronto Police Service is asking the public to participate in an online survey to understand our current performance, public needs and areas where the TPS can improve to ensure public trust and community engagement.

The information obtained from this survey, combined with additional research being conducted, will be used to identify the actions the TPS will take in establishing and delivering upon our Quality Service Strategy.

Chief William Blair said it is part of an overall plan to improve community safety. "We are examining the entire Service to scrutinize what we do, how we do it, identify areas for innovation and improvement, and make the changes necessary to keep Toronto the safest big city in North America. That work is moving ahead. We must do our best to meet the expectations of those we are sworn to serve and protect, the people of Toronto. We cannot do that unless we have the support and assistance of the public to determine where we need to improve."

The anonymous survey should take only 10 minutes to complete and will be available online until Thursday. July 31, 2014.
