The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Monday, June 24, 2024, police responded to a call for a sexual assault in the Shuter Street and Sackville Street area.
It is alleged that:
- in May 2024, a woman was approached by an unknown man outside of the CF Toronto Eaton Centre
- he offered her a free tattoo
- she attended his residence on a separate date for her tattoo appointment
- he sexually assaulted her
Daniel Efrain Rosales, 44, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
- Sexual Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 10 a.m.
