Tour of City of Toronto's 'no water' SWAT operations today

Tour of City of Toronto's 'no water' SWAT operations today

Toronto Water General Manager Lou Di Gironimo and 311 Toronto Director Gary Yorke will tour the City's no-water SWAT operations, where staff from Toronto Water and 311 are managing the logistics and customer communications for all no-water calls associated with frozen water pipes.

Date: Tuesday, March 3
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: 311 Toronto, Metro Hall, 55 John St.
Note: Media are asked to meet on the ground floor just inside the doors off David Pecaut Square (east side of the building)

After the tour, there will be a site visit to a location where City crews will be thawing a frozen water service pipe. The location of site visit is to be confirmed at the tour of the SWAT operations.
