Ceremony to name downtown lane in honour of Wellspring Foundation

City Councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam (Ward 27 Toronto Centre-Rosedale) will join community representatives at a lane-naming ceremony on Wednesday. A lane will be officially named Wellspring Lane.

Date: Wednesday, November 12
Time: 1 p.m.
Location: Wellspring Lane entrance – on Maitland Street east of Church Street

This naming honours the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation, which was housed in a building at the location for several years. The building, a Victorian-era mansion that is no longer standing, was originally known as Odette House.
