The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of a Drug and Firearm investigation.

On Saturday, May 18, 2024 police officers from 51 Division, Major Crime Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant in the Wellesley Street East and Parliament Street area.

It is alleged that:

• officers executed a search warrant in a residence
• two people were located and arrested
• a quantity of drugs were located
• a loaded prohibited firearm was located in the residence

Isiah Whyte, 22, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:

1. Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
2. two counts of Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
3. Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamine)
4. Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
5. Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
6. Possession of a Firearm Knowing it's Possession is Unauthorized
7. Careless Storage of a Firearm
8. Careless Storage of Ammunition
9. Possess Prohibited Weapon
10. Possess Prohibited Ammunition
11. Possess Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
12. Carry Concealed Weapon
13. Possess Prohibited Device
14. two counts of Possess Firearm While Prohibited 
15. Breach of Probation

He was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 107.

Vivianne Vu, 19, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:

1. Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
2. two counts of Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
3. Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamine)
4. Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
5. Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
6. Possession of a Firearm Knowing it's Possession is Unauthorized
7. Careless Storage of a Firearm
8. Careless Storage of Ammunition
9. Possess Prohibited Weapon
10. Possess Prohibited Ammunition
11. Possess Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
12. Carry Concealed Weapon
13. Possess Prohibited Device
