The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Robbery investigation.
On Sunday, August 13, 2023, at approximately 5 p.m., officers attended a call for a person with a gun in the Yonge Street and Adelaide Street East area.
It is reported that:
- the suspect approached the victim and his friend who were sitting on a bench
- the suspect indicated that he had a firearm in his bag and grabbed a gold chain from around the victim's neck, ripping it off
- the suspect then fled the area on foot

The suspect is described as 25 to 30 years of age, with a medium build. The suspect was wearing a light blue and grey hoodie, orange knee length jeans, and a black satchel worn cross body with a strap over the right shoulder.
