Police seek assistance identifying man wanted in Sexual Assault investigation, Yonge Street and Gerrard Street area, Security camera images of man released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Monday May 28, 2018, at approximately 11 p.m., a 20-year-old woman was at a business in theYonge Street and Gerrard Street area

- a man entered the business, walked directly up to the women and sexually assaulted her

- the man then left the business

The man is described as mid-late 20s, 5’6”, medium build, short dark hair, dark eyes, unshaven. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey T-shirt, carrying a grey backpack.

Security camera images of the man are released.
