Between Saturday, September 23, 2017 and Saturday, September 30, 2017, the City of Toronto will be hosting the 2017 Invictus Games. 

In order to provide a safe and secure environment for all involved, there will be road closures.

Saturday, September 23, 2017, all day:
- east curb lane of York Street, between Adelaide Street and Queen Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic for bus staging purposes

Please note this closure is in effect 24 hours a day until Sunday, October 1, 2017
Saturday, September 23, 2017, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Nathan Phillips Square:
- Queen Street West, between York Street and Bay Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic. You will not be able to enter or exit the underground parking at Nathan Phillips Square from Queen Street

Saturday, September 23, 2017, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Air Canada Centre:
- no through traffic will be allowed on Maple Leaf Square. Maple Leaf Square condo residents will be permitted with identification

The following areas are closed to vehicle traffic during this time:
- Bay Street, between Front Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West
- Bremner Boulevard, between Lake Shore Boulevard West and York Street
- westbound curb lane of Lake Shore Boulevard West 

Saturday, September 23, 2017, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Distillery District:
- southside of Front Street East, east of Trinity Street, will have traffic restrictions in place

Saturday, September 23, 2017, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Sheraton Centre:
- Richmond Street West, between Bay Street and York Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic

Saturday, September 23, 2017, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Shangri-La Hotel:
- westbound curb lane of University Avenue, north of Adelaide Street West, will be closed to vehicle traffic

Sunday, September 24, 2017, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Distillery District:
- southside of Front Street East, east of Trinity Street, will have traffic restrictions in place

Sunday, September 24, 2017, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Nathan Phillips Square:
- Queen Street West, between York Street and Bay Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic. You will not be able to enter or exit the underground parking at Nathan Phillips Square from Queen Street.

Sunday, September 24, 2017, Mattamy Athletic Centre:
- southside curb lane of Wood Street will be closed to vehicle traffic

Please note this closure will be in effect 24 hours a day until Saturday, September 30, 2017
Sunday, September 24, 2017, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., York Lions Stadium, Toronto Track & Field Centre:
- Ian MacDonald will be closed to vehicle traffic

- southside curb lane of Steeles Avenue, west of Founders Road (from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.)

Monday, September 25, 2017, Distillery District:
-- southside of Front Street East, east of Trinity Street, will have traffic restrictions in place

Monday, September 25, 2017, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., High Park:
- southside curb lane of Bloor Street West, between High Park Avenue and Pacific Avenue, will be closed to vehicle traffic

- High Park will be closed to all vehicle traffic. Parking will be permitted at the High Park Zoo and at the Colborne Lodge entrance

Monday, September 25, 2017, Mattamy Athletic Centre:
- northside curb lane of Carlton Street will be closed to vehicle traffic

- northside sidewalk on Carlton Street, between Church Street and underground parking entrance, will be closed to pedestrians

- westside curb lane of Church Street, between Alexander Street and Carlton Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic

Please note these closures will be in effect, all day, until September 30, 2017.
Monday, September 25, 2017, 7 a.m. To 7 pm., Nathan Phillips Square:
- Queen Street West, between York Street and Bay Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic

Monday, September 25, 2017, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., York Lions Stadium, Toronto Track & Field Centre:
- Ian MacDonald will be closed to vehicle traffic

- southside curb lane of Steeles Avenue, west of Founders Road (from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.)

Members of the public travelling to and around these locations should plan ahead and consider taking public transit. Please note the closure times are flexible. Should events go longer than anticipated, road closures will be in effect until necessary. Updates and any unplanned road closures will be sent out immediately from the Toronto Police Service Operations Centre Twitter account, @TPSOperations.

Special note to tour bus operators: from September 20, 2017 to October 3, 2017, (inclusive) there will not be space for motor coach parking available along Queen Street West in front of Nathan Philips Square. Motor coach parking drop-off and pick-up has been temporarily moved to the north side of Armoury Street, between Chestnut Street and Centre Avenue.
