Man, 32, charged for Indecent Act on TTC

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an Indecent Act investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Monday, June 23, 2014, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a man was on a TTC subway at Bloor Station

- he committed an indecent act

On Wednesday, November 2, 2016, the Toronto Police Service arrested Francois (Frank) Lesieur, 32, of Toronto. He has been charged with: 

1) Indecent Act 

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, 2 p.m.
