Sexual Assault Alert, Maitland Street/Church Street area, Man wanted

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, March 5, 2016, between midnight and 3 a.m., a woman was in the Maitland Street/Church Street area

- she walked into a laneway and was sexually assaulted by a man

- two other males stood by and watched the sexual assault take place

The man is described as brown, approximately 25, 5’9”, with an thin build, and short, dark hair.

The males are described only as brown.
