Continued availability of additional services for homeless people

Until further notice, additional services will continue to be available following the termination of the Extreme Cold Weather Alert at noon today. These services will continue to ensure Toronto's vulnerable persons have a safe and warm place to stay.

These services include two 24-hour drop-in centres, additional 24-hour street outreach, direction to shelters to relax any service restrictions, TTC tokens at some drop-ins for those needing transportation to shelter, and additional shelter beds.
