Man faces seven charges in historical sexual assault investigation, Chester Harper, 55 Photograph released, Police believe there may be other victims

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to an arrest in a historical sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

-between 1986-1989, a young boy was sexually assaulted while in the care of the accused
-between 1988-1989, a woman was sexually assaulted

On Tuesday, April 29, 2014, Chester Harper, 55, of Toronto was charged and arrested with:

1) Sexual Assault X6
2) Buggery

Police believe there may be more victims who would have been in his care as a baby sitter/caregiver during the 1980’s to mid 1990’s.

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park Courts on Friday, May 2nd, 10 a.m., in court room 501.
