Toronto Police Service would like to update the public on the investigation into Homicide #46/2020.

On Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 10:09 a.m. police responded to a person with a knife radio call at 236 Sherbourne Street.

On Friday, August 28, 2020, at 9:09 p.m., the suspect in this investigation, Oleesiea Langdon, 24, attended 51 Division and turned herself into investigators.

She has been charged with:

1. Second Degree Murder

She is scheduled to appear at College Park Court, by video link, on Saturday, August 29, 2020, courtroom 501, at 10 a.m.

The Toronto Police Service would like to update the public on a homicide investigation.

On Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at approximately 10:09 a.m. police responded to a person with a knife radio call at 236 Sherbourne Street.

Investigators have released images of Oleesiea Langdon, 24, of Toronto. She is currently wanted for:

1) Second Degree Murder

She is described as having a light complexion, medium build, wearing a dark hoodie, light coloured track pants, and yellow shoes.

The Toronto Police Service would like to update the public on a homicide investigation.

On Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at approximately 10:09 a.m. police responded to a person with a knife radio call at 236 Sherbourne Street.

It alleged that:

- a woman was armed with a knife and walking near Sherbourne Street and Dundas Street East

- police responded and found another woman with stab wounds and covered in blood at 236 Sherbourne Street

- paramedics transported the victim to a local trauma centre where the woman succumbed to her injuries

The victim has been identified as Tara Morton, 41.

Oleesiea Langdon, 24, of Toronto is currently wanted for:

1) Second Degree Murder

She is described as black, light complexion, medium build, wearing a dark hoodie, light coloured track pants and yellow shoes.

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating a man wanted in a Threaten Death investigation.

On Thursday, August 13, 2020, officers responded to information of a threat to residents of Regent Park.

It is alleged that:

- a man used his Instagram account to post a threat

- he counselled his 3,000 followers to "shoot everyone in Regent Park"

- his followers include gang members who have been antagonistic to the Regent Park community

Rowan Atkins, 31, of No Fixed Address, is wanted for:

1. Threaten Death

He is described as 5'11", 154 lbs., with a medium build, short black hair, a mustache, beard, and brown eyes.

He is considered violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach, call 9-1-1 immediately.

An image of him is being released.

Firearm and a quantity of fentanyl recovered in investigation, Sherbourne Street and Shuter Street area, Kevon Radcliffe, 23

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest where a loaded firearm and a quantity fentanyl were recovered.

On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at approximately 9:30 p.m., police assisted Toronto Community Housing Special Constables with an arrest in the
Sherbourne Street and Shutter Street 
area.

It is alleged that:

- a man was investigated for having open liquor in a vehicle

- Toronto Community Housing Special Constables searched the vehicle and discovered bullets

- the man then fled on foot with Toronto Community Housing Special Constables in pursuit and Toronto Police officers responded

- the man was seen throwing an object

It is further alleged:

- a loaded Smith and Wesson MP9C handgun with 9 rounds of 9mm ammunition was located

- 24.25 grams of purple fentanyl was also located

Kevon Radcliffe, 23, of Scarborough, has been charged with:

1. three counts of Careless Storage of Ammunition
2. Possession of a Prohibited Firearm with ammo
3. Possession of a Firearm Knowing its possession is Unauthorized
4. Occupy Motor Vehicle with Firearm
5. Careless Storage of a prohibited device (over capacity magazine)
6. Possess Restricted prohibited device knowing no authority (over capacity magazine)
7. Fail to Comply Court Release
8. Possess Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
9. Possess Proceeds Obtained by Crime

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 10 a.m., in room 103.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating an injured woman.

On Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at approximately 1:19 a.m. police responded to a sound of gunshots radio call in the Wellesley Street East and Jarvis Street area.

It is reported that:

- multiple calls were made indicating there had been the sound of gunshots in the Wellesley Street East and Jarvis Street area

- a man was located in the area and had sustained a gunshot wound

- information was provided to indicate a woman was also the victim of a gunshot wound

- police have been unable to locate the woman and are concerned for her safety and well-being

She is described as white, 20-22 years old, 5’6”, shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a dark coloured short-sleeve shirt and black pants.

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of two sexual assaults that occurred at Wellesley Subway Station.

On Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at 6:55 p.m., officers responded to two calls for sexual assaults.

It is reported that:

- a 35-year-old woman was sitting on the southbound TTC train

- a man walked up to her and sexually assaulted her

- he quickly exited the train

- he then made his way upstairs to the bus platform

- he approached a 30-year-old woman waiting for the bus

- he sexually assaulted her

- the woman screamed at him and he then left on foot exiting the station

He is described as 35, 5’7"-5’8", 185 lbs., with a stocky or heavy build, and short black hair. He was wearing a black cloth face mask, grey t-shirt with “NASA” logo, and dark jeans. He was carrying a blue backpack and a black backpack with a large “Tracker” logo.

Security camera images have been released. Anyone who recognizes the man pictured is urged to contact police.
